1- Cook pasta according to what's written on the package instructions.2- Meanwhile, heat a saucepan over high heat. When the pan is heated, add 2 Tbsp of olive oil. Wait until the oil is hot, but not burning, then add the chicken. Cook the chicken until it is cooked through and a little brown. Now season with a little bit of salt and pepper and remove chicken from the pan and set aside.3- Reduce the heat to medium-low heat. Add a little bit more olive oil to the pan. Add garlic, then sauté for about 30 seconds. Now mix in the tomato sauce. Cook for about 1 minute, then add the basil. Stir. Next, add black pepper while stirring. Reduce heat to low and let the sauce cook for about 2 minutes.4- Now, add the cream, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese and combine.5- Finally, add cooked pasta and cooked chicken.
