Ingredients

Large sausage links: sliced. You can slice the sausages into small or large bite-size. I prefer to cut my sausages large, but you can do small portions if you want. You can also use ground sausage.

Can of white beans: I used two cans in my cooking video because we have seven people in my family. You can use any of your favorite brands.

1 Can chicken broth: optional

1 Can canned tomatoes

1 Tbsp Olive oil

1/2 Cup onions: chopped

1 Tbsp garlic: minced

1 Tbsp fresh ginger: peeled then grinded

1/2 Tsp Better than bouillon chicken base:  can be substituted with other brands of bouillon

1/2 Tsp black pepper

1/2 cup fresh Italian parsley: chopped

How to make canned beans and sausage soup?

1- First, heat a saucepan over medium-high heat. When the pan has heated, add olive oil.

2- Second, add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté for about one minute until the onions are translucent. Now, add the ginger and sauté for another one minute. Then add the canned tomatoes and black pepper. Mix well and sauté for about one minute.

3- Third, add the sausages and stir. Now cover the pan with its lid and let the sausage cook for about 5 minutes. Make sure to stir it frequently so the sauce will not burn.

4- When the sausages are cooked, add the chopped parsley. Then add the canned beans and mix everything very well, then add the chicken broth. Finally, add the Better than bouillon sauce.

5- Put the lid back on, let the soup boil, lower the heat to medium-low heat, and cook for about 10-15 minutes.

And voila, you have a nice delicious bowl of bean soup!
